PISCES YACHTS
An existing retail space within the marina of Cabo San Lucas is transformed into the headquarters for Pisces Yachts, a yacht charter business rooted in the culture of the sea. The intervention reimagines the compact footprint as both a booking office and a curated retail environment, integrating display areas for nautical wearables alongside a reception desk dedicated to charter reservations.
The defining gesture occurs overhead: the ceiling becomes an immersive installation composed of boat cords dyed in deep navy blue, suspended in rhythmic waves. This woven canopy evokes the movement of the ocean, filtering ambient light through its threads and casting subtle shadows across the interior. The effect is atmospheric and enveloping—an architectural gesture that draws visitors metaphorically below the surface, situating the experience somewhere between marina and open water.
The result is a space that extends the narrative of the voyage before departure—an interior shaped by texture, light, and the quiet pulse of the sea.
