ESTUDIANTES ANAHUAC
This student housing project is developed on a residual 110 m² sloped lot, where spatial efficiency and structural strategy define the proposal. The design introduces a mirrored pair of new volumes organized along a central circulation spine, optimizing light, ventilation, and access within a compact footprint.

To complete the program of six independent student units, the project incorporates the substructure of an existing building, transforming its latent framework into an active component of the new intervention. The result is a compact yet coherent ensemble that maximizes a constrained site through clarity and repetition.
