ACRE MASTER PLAN

The Acre Hotel Master Plan establishes a long-term vision for the evolution of the property through 2030. The project unfolds in two phases: an initial analytical stage to identify key opportunities for improving operational efficiency, followed by a design phase proposing strategic additions to expand the hotel’s program and capacity. The proposal introduces a series of villas and a wellness program located along the upper slope of the site, engaging the natural topography and offering a more private, immersive experience. In parallel, two new building volumes are conceived to accommodate 42 additional hotel keys, alongside targeted enhancements to existing amenities. Rather than imposing a singular architectural gesture, the master plan operates as a framework for growth—one that values the land and its natural resources as central to the guest experience. Landscape, climate, and materiality are treated not as background conditions, but as active components in shaping the identity and atmosphere of the hotel. The result is a phased and adaptable strategy that balances expansion with continuity, allowing Acre Hotel to evolve while remaining rooted in the character of its site.
